Vanyo Minev started at Vaptech in 1991 as a Quality Control Supervisor. After spending five years in the Manufacturing division he was appointed as a Quality Control Manager. From 1996 to 2007 Vanyo Minev was also responsible for design, installation and supervision of hydropower projects. Today Vanyo Minev is the General Manager for Product and Services development at VAPTECH.

Svetlozar Ivanov is a Graduate in Economics and Organizational Behavior. After working as a Financial Manager at Vaptsarov Holding for two years between 2009 and the end of 2010, Svetlozar Ivanov was appointed as the General Manager of Operations at Vaptech in 2011.

Petyo Goranov started his career at Vaptech in 1989 as a technician. He spent 14 years in the manufacturing of hydropower equipment as a Coordinator of hydropower equipment, Workshop Supervisor and later as a Production Manager. Since 2003 Petyo was assigned as the Manager of the hydropower division for five years and today he is the General Manager of Production at Vaptech.

Vasil Vlaychev started at Vaptech in 2000 as a Coordinator for International Affairs. After spending nearly two years in the Finance and then the Planning department, Vasil has been appointed as head of hydropower Sales division. Since 2010 Vasil Vlaychev has been assigned as the General Manager Sales & Marketing at Vaptech.
